Meet Dr. Osuagwu

Fondly referred to as “Dr Chuck” by patients and colleagues, he attended medical school at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas where he was awarded numerous honors.

Dr. Osuagwu later completed his Internal Medicine residency at UT Southwestern working at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dallas VA hospital, and Zale Lipshy University hospital. Dr. Osuagwu is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been Dr. Chuck Osuagwu in practice for over 10yrs. As an internist, he is passionate about finding and correcting the root cause of illness, not only symptom treatment.

He practices comprehensive medicine and treats each patient as a unique individual. As a federally approved OWCP Healthcare provider, he is your advocate and will provide you with the medical care that you need regardless of what type of occupational injury you may have experienced. Dr. Osuagwu understands the importance of completing timely, detailed medical reports/medical rationale for getting your claim approved. Our clinic is multidisciplinary and depending on your condition, referral to specialists is available.

Dr. Osuagwu currently maintains active staff privileges at Baylor Medical Center Garland, Dallas Medical Center, and Lake Pointe Medical Center. Dr. Osuagwu was voted among D-Magazine‘s Best Doctor for 2015 & 2016.
